Rinky Kapoor, MBBS, DDV, MD, Fellow, National Skin Centre, Singapore, is at The Esthetic Clinic which she helped establish at the Apollo Health City, Hyderabad, India in 2009. She is the Head of Cosmetic Dermatology & Lasers at Apollo Health City, Hyderabad, India.

Rinky Kapoor is an internationally renowned Dermatologist, Cosmetic Dermatologist and Dermato-Surgeon expert and assists in meeting the growing demand for skin, hair & nails care.

Dr. Kapoor specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology, Non surgical facial skin rejuvenation, Non surgical facelift via Radiofrequency Thermage and Fractional lasers, Medical Management of Hair disorders, Pigment disorders and their removal, Pediatric Dermatology, Dermatologic Phototherapy, Dermatosurgery including Skin grafting and Non culture Melanocyte transplant for treatment of Vitiligo, Acne scar revision surgeries, Cellulite and fat reduction therapies, Dermatologic Lasers including fractional lasers, pigment and vascular lasers, tattoo removal and hair removal lasers and body contouring, toning, firming and loss of inches and weight through newer non-surgical techniques. Dr. Kapoor completed her undergraduate medical education from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital, Mumbai; one of India's best medical schools. She went on to specialize in Dermatology and completed her residency from the same institution. She further obtained the prestigious International Society of Dermatology Fellowship for the year 2008.This was the first ever international fellowship at the National Skin Centre (NSC), Singapore that has ever been sponsored by the International Society of Dermatology. The NSC is the largest and only institution of its kind in Asia completely equipped and wholly dedicated to providing comprehensive total care in Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, Dermato-surgery and Dermatologic lasers. Dr. Kapoor has expertise in nonsurgical facial skin rejuvenation and face lift by Thermage radiofrequency technique, trained by Mr. Boris Kunsevitsky (Singapore based world renowned training expert on Thermage use).She was trained in the use of Botox and fillers by Dr.Susan Weinkle (World renowned expert dermatologist on board of directors of American Academy of Dermatology, USA, practicing in Florida, USA).She has thousands of skin care procedures to her credit including microdermabrasion (Skin Polishing),Botox , Dermal fillers & Mesotherapy for facial rejuvenation (for fat reduction, cellulite reduction, hair regrowth), Dermatosurgeries including skin grafting and cryotherapies, different types of chemical peels, Cellulite reduction Laser procedures including Diode hair removal laser, Skin station, Nd YAG laser for hair removal, Intense Pulse Light therapy, Pulse dye laser,carbon dioxide laser,Smooth beam (long pulsed Nd YAG), laser peel (Erbium glass), fractional lasers including Fraxel, Affirm, Pixel laser, Harmony platform for acne scars, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation and tightening, scar management, stretch marks, etc. ,management of complications of laser procedures.

Dr. Kapoor was a Consultant Cosmetic Dermatologist at Mumbai from 2006 to 2009 and gained experience in the latest advances in Cosmetic Dermatology under the mentorship of Dr. Rekha Sheth {Founder, President Emeritus of Cosmetic Dermatology Society (India) www.cosdermindia.in}, where she especially honed skills required in management of elite aesthetic clients including models, actors and clients from the entertainment industry and international clientele. Here, she planned, developed and improved the Laser suite and Dermatosurgery facility and led a team of doctors, beauty and salon professionals. She is trained to perform, modify and adapt treatments to Indian skin.  She is also currently the Chief Coordinator, Organizing Core Committee, Cosmetic Dermatology Society (India), and has been a Co-Investigator for clinical trials conducted at Unilever, India (2004).

Dr. Rinky Kapoor was awarded the best thesis of the year across India award for 2006 at the National Conference of   the Indian Academy of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL)conference, 2006. She was appointed by invitation by Pantaloons Femina as Consultant Cosmetic Dermatologist for the Femina Miss India 2009 finalists, and as official skin care expert for Dance India Dance contestants for Zee Television channel, 2009.Her articles have featured in top Indian newspapers like the Deccan Chronicle, and health and Beauty magazines like Prevention, My world etc. She has given invited lectures on skin health for many clients including corporates, medical professionals and celebrities.
