This innovative bent of mind culminated in The Esthetic Clinics also inventing cutting edge products like the QR 678 hair growth factor treatment. This research led to the application and grant of the USA patent and Indian Patent for a unique formulation for hair regrowth - called as QR 678 Neo. To maintain and monitor the standards and workflow of research work happening at the establishment, The Esthetic Clinics has an Institutional Ethics Committee. The Esthetic Clinics Institutional Ethics Committee was approved in 2017 by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation(CDSCO) under Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and the Drug Controller General of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, for conducting conducting Top Class Complex Clinical Trials in India for Multiple Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies for Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery & Cosmetology. While these are our primary areas of interest, we also promote and promulgate clinical & basic science research in clinical trials in all other specialties of Medicine. This is a one-of-its kind ethical board setup in the private space which has the onus to maintain the regulatory decorum of research activities. We are proud that with our clinical experience, understanding & care of a large number of patients & our strong research background, we are able to drive multiple integrative, collaborative and liaison- driven research activities and projects. The Esthetic Clinics is currently participating in two major pharmaceutical industry-sponsored clinical trials on injectable dermal fillers for facial rejuvenation, as a Clinical Research Organization (CRO). We serve as a nodal Site Management Organization (SMO), which is mechanised by highly qualified and experienced Study Coordinators (SCs) and Site Management Associates (SMAs) to help support both principal investigators and sponsors. Bench research to translational bedside research, The Esthetic Clinics provides end-to-end tailor-made and customized consultation services- right from protocol designing, development to aid in Ethical Clearance (DCGI / CDSCO approved certification). This includes Good Clinical Practices (GCP) training and subject recruitment / community mobilization to other logistic requirements and documentation related mandates.
